Investicorp, Inc./David Rose International, Inc. continue to lead the industry and provide the model for everyone else to copy. More than sixteen years ago, we recognized that Retail Specialty Stores, Automobile Dealers and the Apparel Industry were unable to effectively cope with the complexities of new technology, coupled with the demands for increased staffing levels necessary to effectively control inventories. Typically, these clients would rather invest their capital in areas more directly related to increasing their income than in infrastructure and other non income producing expenses.

As indicated in our section on our Consulting Division, Investicorp’s MODEL OUTSOURCING PLAN begins with the top position, the Security/Safety Director. Naturally, to compete with nationwide conglomerates, our core clients (Retail Specialty Stores, Automobile Dealers, Trucking/Distribution and the Apparel Industry) would have to spend far greater percentages of resources to attract and retain top quality personnel. This is not the case for clients participating in the INVESTICORP/DRI MODEL OUTSOURCING PLAN.

We make sure that our personnel fully understand the local laws (Civil and Criminal) in their States of employment, as well as our company policies with regard to insurance, physical contact, entrapment and false arrest. Our training program also includes examples and techniques of how to detect internal theft.
